Fiorini acquires Ascam

Fiorini Packaging has expanded its business by acquiring the ownership of Ascam srl.

Ascam has been producing and printing paper envelopes, bags and forms since 1973: the business covers different types of paper products, innovative solutions and formats. Envelopes with and without gusset, letter envelopes with and without window, envelopes for specific sectors such as health, optics, fashion, beauty up to large formats. There are over 1000 products in the catalogue. But above all, Ascam realises made-to-measure and prototype solutions, thanks to avant-garde and patented technologies. All strictly plastic free.

The acquisition of the company, together with all the other investments of the last two years, is part of Fiorini’s strategic growth plan. The main objective, in addition to expanding the product offering and customer portfolio, is to reach 100 million euro turnover by 2023.
